Today’s Huadu News: On Nov. 9, Huadu District Government signed a cooperation agreement with Asia Cuanon Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Huang Weilin, District Party Secretary, Xing Xiang, Deputy District Party Secretary and District Mayor, Luo Ganzheng, Member of Standing Committee of the District Party, leaders from the General Office of the District Government, Bureau of Science, Industry, Commerce and Information Technology, District Council for the Promotion of International Trade, District Government Affairs and Data Administration, Autocity Administrative Committee, Office of Huacheng Street and District Investment Promotion Center, as well as Li Jinzhong, Chair and President of Asia Cuanon, and Wang Yongjun, Director, Executive Vice President, and Secretary of the Board of Directors.

　　Asia Cuanon is a main board listed company in the industry of energy-saving insulation and decoration building materials. By this agreement, the company plans to build a South China headquarters and integrated manufacturing base in Huadu District. Based on the full range operation of Asia Cuanon, the project will build production line of green building materials, create a benchmark industrial park for environmentally friendly building materials, and a South China headquarters building. With a total investment of about 1.8 billion yuan, the South China regional headquarters will be built in the core area of the CBD at Huadu's central axis. It will be a 100-meter building with a premise area of 2.14 acres. The South China Comprehensive Manufacturing Base will be located in the in the third phase area of Huadu Autocity, with a planned land area of about 49.5 acres. After its completion and commence of operation, it is estimated that the project will have an annual output value of 6 billion yuan, bringing an additional annual tax revenue of 300 million yuan to Huadu.

　　Huadu District is an international air-railway hub, Guangzhou's advanced manufacturing industry base, and the only green finance reform and innovation pilot zone in South China. Its terrain consists of three parts of mountain, one part of river and six parts of plain, which gives it a beautiful mixture of "mountains, waters, forests, fields, and flowers”. Huadu District has attracted many enterprises along the green building materials industrial chain with its salient location advantages, strategic position and good business environment. The Poly International Finance Center project has landed at Huadu's central city axis, and is going all out to accelerate the construction, completion and commissioning of Poly International Finance Center, Citizen Plaza, and Government Affairs Center among others; also landed at the central city axis is the headquarters project of the First Construction Co., Ltd of China Fourth Construction Bureau, which will build a headquarters building as a sign of the company’s commitment to develop in Huadu; the China Construction Huadu Green Building Industrial Park project is jointly invested by First Construction Co., Ltd of China Fourth Construction Bureau and China State Construction Science and Technology to become an benchmark of industrialized smart building industry in South China; and there are Oriental Yuhong’s Greater Bay Area Green Building Materials Industrial Park and International Green Building Materials Center, projects that aims to, with the support of Oriental Yuhong's full business sector, build an building for the International Green Building Materials Center, make strategic layout for Yuhong's green building materials operation, and create a model industrial park and exhibition center for environmentally friendly building materials.

　　The signing of the agreement for the South China headquarters and integrated manufacturing base of Asia Cuanon will further accelerate Huadu District’s progress in pursuit of cluster development in the green building materials industry. This cooperation once again speaks of the speed of Asia Cuanon, the speed of Huadu, the speed of China, and the speed of the new era. Huadu will stick to the position of intelligent manufacturing and green manufacturing, and push for completion and operation of the project as early as possible, further contributing to the economic development of Huadu.
