Huadu Signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Guangdong Rising Assets Management to Help Optimize and Upgrade Industrial Structure
Today’s Huadu News: Huadu District and Guangdong Rising Assets Management Co., Ltd. held on October 21 a signing ceremony for a strategic cooperation framework agreement. Huang Weilin, the District Party Secretary, and Xing Xiang, Deputy District Party Secretary and District Mayor witnessed the event and held talks with Liu Weidong, Party Committee Secretary and board chair, and Chen Shengguang, Deputy Party Committee Secretary, Director, and General Manager of Guangdong Rising Assets Management Co., Ltd.
Mr. Huang congratulated on the signing of the agreement and expressed warm welcome to the cooperation between the company and Huadu District. He pointed out that Huadu District would make every effort as always to create a good business environment, and in particular provide support for the Company's development in Huadu to achieve win-win results; that the construction of the comprehensive transportation hub of Guangzhou North Railway Station, the third-phase expansion of Baiyun Airport, the air-rail integration driven development, and the continuous improvement of urban functions will open the door for Huadu to huge prospects and unlimited potential; and that the District would establish a high-level communication channel, and go all out to create favorable conditions for the Company’s development in Huadu, providing good climate and most supportive policies to ensure that the cooperation project between the two parties would take root and bear fruit as soon as possible.
Liu Weidong said that Huadu was blessed with a superior geographic advantage and a strong industrial foundation; it had Baiyun International Airport and Guangzhou North Railway Station, which made it the transport hub in Northern Guangzhou; it was one of the advanced manufacturing bases of Guangzhou; and it was an important gateway through which the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area was connected to and exerted influence on inland parts of China; and that the company would establish a strategic cooperative relationship with Huadu in accordance with the principles of "equality, cooperation, mutual benefit, complementary advantages, and common development", and strengthen cooperation in such fields as new mineral materials, civil engineering and real estate, electronic information, and solid waste and hazardous waste treatment, to achieve mutual benefit, win-win results and common development.
